First Session
Taking the step to start therapy can feel uncertain, and it’s okay to have questions or doubts. In our first session, my intention is to offer a welcoming and supportive space where you can share what’s on your mind and at your own pace. We’ll discuss what brought you here and explore together whether working with me feels like the right fit. If we decide to proceed, we can agree on an initial commitment of six sessions and check in regularly to ensure the work is helpful and meaningful for you.
